How do I post a job on SDT Academy?

Sign in to your Employer account and navigate to 'Job Postings' in the dashboard. Click 'Post a New Job' and fill in the job details including title, description, required skills, experience range, location, salary, job type, and work mode. Submit the posting for admin review. Once approved, your job will be visible to all registered job seekers.

Does my job posting require admin approval before going live?

By default, all job postings are reviewed by the SDT Academy admin team before they go live. This ensures quality and accuracy of listings. Agencies with the 'Direct Job Post' permission granted by the admin can publish jobs immediately without waiting for approval.

What types of jobs can I post?

You can post jobs of the following types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Freelance, and Remote. Each posting can specify work mode (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid), employment level, experience requirements (minimum and maximum years), education qualification, and salary range.

How do I manage applications received for my job postings?

In your Employer Dashboard, go to any active job posting and click 'View Applications'. You will see a list of all applicants with their profiles, resumes, skills, and experience. You can update each application's status to Pending, Shortlisted, Interview Scheduled, Rejected, or Hired, and candidates are notified of status changes.

Can I filter and search through candidate applications?

Yes. SDT Academy's applicant tracking system allows you to filter candidates by skills, experience level, education, location, social category, and more. You can sort applications by date or relevance to quickly identify the best-fit candidates for your open positions.

How do I close or deactivate a job posting?

From your Job Postings list in the Employer Dashboard, select the job you wish to close and update its status to 'Closed'. Closed jobs are removed from public listing but remain in your dashboard for records and analytics. You can also set a job to 'Draft' if you want to pause it temporarily.

Can I post internship opportunities on SDT Academy?

Yes. SDT Academy has a dedicated Internships module in addition to the standard job posting feature. You can post internship listings that are separately managed under the Internships section. Students and job seekers can apply for these internships through the platform.

Are the candidates on SDT Academy verified?

Yes. All job seekers on SDT Academy go through a multi-step verified registration process that includes Aadhaar verification, phone OTP, email OTP, payment confirmation, and document upload (resume, certificates, photo). Candidates who have completed skill development courses and received certification badges are additionally marked as upskilled and certified.

How do I track my hiring performance and analytics?

Your Employer Dashboard includes hiring analytics that show the total number of jobs posted, total applications received, and current status breakdown (pending, shortlisted, hired, rejected) for each posting. These insights help you optimise your job descriptions and hiring process.

How do I update my company profile on SDT Academy?

Log in to your Employer account and go to 'Profile' in the dashboard. You can update your company name, logo, website, description, industry, and contact details. A complete and professional company profile increases candidate trust and improves the quality of applications you receive.
